Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy summarizes Lootent delivery, fulfillment, cancellation, and refund rules for paid credits and subscriptions.

Digital delivery

Lootent sells digital access to credits, subscriptions, and image generation workflows. No physical goods are shipped.

Paid credits or subscription allowances are delivered to your Lootent account after checkout succeeds and the billing webhook is processed.

Most successful payments are reflected shortly after checkout. If credits do not appear within 24 hours, contact support@lootent.com from the email used for the purchase.

Generation fulfillment

A standard GPT Image 2 1K generation consumes 20 credits when submitted; other models and sizes consume more credits as shown before generation.

Completed generations are delivered digitally in your Lootent account gallery or generation result view.

Generation time can vary based on provider availability, queue load, moderation review, and infrastructure incidents.

Refunds and credit returns

Failed generations may automatically return the deducted credits when the job fails before producing a usable result.

Successful generations, used credits, completed credit purchases, and completed subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

If a billing error, duplicate charge, or account delivery issue occurs, contact support@lootent.com within 14 days with your account email and order details.

Subscription cancellation and support

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not usually refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, paid access may remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Support requests are handled by email at support@lootent.com. We usually respond within 2 business days.
