Account and generation data
We collect the account information needed to run Lootent, including your email address, login identifiers, and basic profile details supplied by your authentication provider.
We store generation records such as prompt text, selected model, aspect ratio, task status, timestamps, and references to uploaded reference images and generated outputs.
We may store operational logs, fraud-prevention signals, and limited diagnostic metadata needed to keep the service stable, secure, and abuse-resistant.
Billing and service providers
Lootent relies on third-party providers to deliver core features, including hosting and storage infrastructure, authentication, transactional email, payments, and image-generation APIs.
Payment and subscription events may be processed by external billing providers. Authentication and email delivery may also be handled by specialist vendors acting on our behalf.
Those providers only receive the information reasonably required to perform their service for Lootent.
How we use and retain data
We use your information to authenticate you, run generations, store your gallery, operate credits and subscriptions, send transactional emails, and investigate failures or abuse.
We do not sell personal information. We retain account, billing, and generation records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud or misuse.
You can delete saved generations from your account interface. For account deletion or privacy requests, contact support@lootent.com.
Analytics and cookies
Necessary cookies are used for sign-in, security, and account sessions. Analytics cookies are optional and can be managed from the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Lootent uses Google Consent Mode for analytics measurement. If you reject analytics cookies, we do not store Google Analytics cookies in your browser, but limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent to help us understand aggregate traffic and site performance.
Analytics signals are not used for advertising personalization by Lootent.
Chrome extension
The Lootent Chrome extension connects to your Lootent account through a dedicated extension session token that can be revoked.
When you use the extension, it sends prompt text, selected aspect ratio, uploaded or pasted reference images, generation status requests, and generated image downloads to Lootent.
The extension does not read browsing history, inspect page content, inject content scripts, or sell user data.
