Service scope
Lootent provides a prompt library, image generation workflow, account system, and related billing features for individual and approved business use.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, especially during beta, preview, or test-mode periods.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that happens under it.
Credits are a prepaid usage balance for generations. Purchased credit packages may remain on your account until used, while free or subscription allowances may reset at the start of a new billing cycle.
Paid credits and subscription allowances are delivered digitally to your Lootent account after successful payment processing. Most credit updates are applied shortly after checkout confirmation, though webhook processing can take additional time.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the billing portal when billing is available for your account.
Failed generations may be refunded automatically according to internal task state and provider results. Successful generations, completed subscription renewals, and completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our Refund & Delivery Policy.
User inputs and generated content
You are responsible for prompts, reference images, and downstream use of generated outputs.
You must have the rights required to upload reference material and to use outputs in the way you intend.
Your use of Lootent must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on all NSFW and sexually explicit content generation.
Lootent is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI. References to GPT Image 2 describe compatible generation workflows and do not imply endorsement or official partnership.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lootent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
